This week’s Barna Minute reveals whether U.S. pastors feel it's difficult to find time for their personal spiritual development.

According to Barna’s recent report, The State of Pastors, Volume 2, pastors admit it can be hard to find time for spiritual development. As of 2023, 30 percent of pastors say this has been at least “somewhat difficult” to fit into their ministry schedule, while 8 percent say it has been “very difficult.” On a more positive note, a good deal of pastors have found it easier to find time for their spiritual development with almost half (45%)  saying it has been “somewhat easy,” and a handful (16%) finding it “very easy.”
