This week’s Barna Minute looks at Gen Z's responses to see who they trust—and how much they trust them—to be fair and honest.

In Barna’s recent report, The Trust Factor, Barna set out to discover who Gen Z trusts and how that impacts Gen Z’s charitable giving practices. About one-quarter of Gen Z notes they “strongly trust” either Christian churches (27%), Christian leaders (26%) or non-profits (25%) to be fair and honest. For this younger generation, personal relationships and social circles seem to have proven themselves with roughly half of Gen Z placing strong trust in their family members (51%) or close friends (45%) to be fair and honest.
